Are you needing a vacation home on the island for a group of 10. Well look no further. This historic home is a short walk from downtown that not only has a main house and a carriage house that sleeps 6. So do the math. That is up to 16 people. Now the feeling I get is that during season it is fully booked. Some have come for up to 30 years to have their time on the island.

Now if the house isn’t booked fully it then is a B&B with a lot of amenities. These including:

• formal dining room for up to 8
• refreshment center providing coffee and tea
• on site laundry
• bbq grill
• fenced front yard
• complimentary WI-Fi
• breakfast daily

The carriage house in back is adorable and where I stayed. I remember my friend and I shared a loft style room upstairs. There is a full kitchen as well and living room. A small front deck area to hang out on.

My favorite part was the side veranda with wicker furniture. If it used as a B&B when you stay there – breakfast can be served out there. Hey even if you are renting the whole house I would have meals out there. You see traffic passing by with a small water view.
